WAYNE – The West Point-Beemer Girls Golf Team was the winner at the Wayne Early Invite on Saturday, August 28.
The Cadets took first place by two strokes, shooting a team total of a 427.
Individually, Kaley Johnson placed 7th with a 101, and Shelbie Woerman placed 8th with a 105.
Emily Oligmueller finished with a 109, Briana Gerken shot a 112 and Allie Boell had a 118.
Oakland-Craig competed at the invite as well, with Edie Anderson shooting a 100 and placing 5th. Emily Carmichael shot a 119 and Kara Selken had a 120.
For Thurston-Cuming County, Bailey Kubik gad a 115, Mercede Roberts had a 117, Ella Bruns shot a 129, Emily Ludert had a 135 and Harlie Nolze finished with a 139.
