LINCOLN – Overton defeated Clarkson/Leigh in straight sets Saturday morning in the third place game of the Class C2 State Volleyball Tournament at Lincoln Southeast High School.
The Eagles won the match 25-16, 25-23, 25-18.
Chloe Hanel had 12 kills for the Patriots, with Kennedy Settje recording 16 digs and Makenna Held handing out 28 set assists.
Clarkson/Leigh ends its season at 22-9 overall, and as the fourth place team in Class C2.
