(AUDIO) Moxness heading to Doane

Former Northeast and Logan View/Scribner-Snyder Basketball Standout Ben Moxness has signed with Doane. Moxness says being able to physically visit Doane made all the difference in his decision to go there.

Moxness says his top two schools were Doane and Quincy, a Division II School in Illinois. He also drew interest from Concordia-St. Paul and Belmont Abbey in North Carolina.

Moxness says he went up against some great players at the JUCO level.

Moxness averaged 9 points per game throughout his career at Northeast.

He says Northeast helped him develop mentally and physically.

Moxness says he plans to major in Exercise Science at Doane.

He is the son of Jon and Diana Moxness.
