A staff member at Dairy Queen in West Point has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
Out of an abundance of caution, DQ made the voluntary decision to close through at least Memorial Day.
The West Point Community Theatre fundraiser is being postponed.
The staff member has not worked a shift at DQ for about a week.
