Online small business trainings set for July

LYONS, NEBRASKA – Nebraska entrepreneurs and business owners interested in learning QuickBooks or expanding their knowledge of the program are invited to attend two workshops focused on small business training. These free events are sponsored by the Center for Rural Affairs’ Rural Enterprise Assistance Project and ASK Bookkeeping, LLC.

Each session is limited to 12 attendees, and will take place via online video conference. Basic QuickBooks will be held on Monday, July 13, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., and Advanced QuickBooks is set for Monday, July 20, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

“There is always something new to learn about QuickBooks,” said Jessica Campos, Center for Rural Affairs’ Women’s Business Center director. “These classes will provide attendees with skills necessary to maintain accurate records of business financials, a crucial component of sound business management.”

Kelly Abrahams, from ASK Bookkeeping, LLC, will instruct the course.
