Networking event set for March 3rd in Columbus

COLUMBUS, NEBRASKA – Small business owners and managers, aspiring business owners, and community partners are invited to Tuesday Table Talks on March 3, at Opportunity Central, 4860 33rd Ave., Columbus, Nebraska (the BigIron Professional Building).

The networking event is hosted by the Center for Rural Affairs’ Rural Enterprise Assistance Project (REAP), Central Community College, Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, SCORE, and Nebraska Enterprise Fund.

The event scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, from noon to 1 p.m. and will focus on “Tools for Understanding a Credit Report.” A free box lunch is included.

“Table Talks offers a free opportunity for entrepreneurs, owners, and managers to expand their knowledge of small business,” said Veronica Spindola, loan specialist with the Center for Rural Affairs. “Future topics in the series include financials and online business ideas.”

Table Talks is held monthly, on the first Tuesday of each month. The program is presented in both English and Spanish.
