A Wisner man was sentenced to 5 months in Cuming County Jail on five felony counts of Cruel Neglect to a Livestock Animal in Cuming County District Court on Thursday.
According to court documents, Anthony Eichelberger was given 30 days in jail on each count.
Eichelberger was given credit for 2 days already served in the case.
