West Point-Beemer Public Schools announced earlier this week that masks must be worn at certain sporting events this week and next due to an opponent being in Code Orange. High School Principal DJ Weddle says if anyone is in Code Red they wont play.
Masks must be worn at Thursday nights Volleyball Triangular, Fridays home Football game against Wayne, and Tuesdays Junior High Football Game.
MAPS Testing is going on early this school year at West Point-Beemer. Weddle says the tests are of particular importance this year.
This week is homecoming, and Weddle says the dance has been postponed, and the coronation will be held right after Fridays Football Game.
