The Wisner City Council met virtually on Zoom Monday night. City Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie James presented a Certification of Election.
Newly Elected Members signed an Oath of Office, including Council Member and Elected Vice President Barry Meyer.
Cathy Gobar was elected President.
Also at Monday nights meeting, Randy Woldt was appointed Street Superintendent, JEO City Engineer, June Fox to replace Lucy Streeter on the Wisner Housing Board, John Sassaman and Scott James to replace Steve Ausdemore and Lowell Hunter on the Wisner Planning Commission, and Jason Schweers and Jeremy Cleveland to replace Ausdemore and Rich Franchini on the Board of Adjustment.
The council also approved the Dinklage Foundations Grant Application Request for Funding for Wisner Community Development for a total of $36,000, or $12,000 per year for 3 years.
