Gov. Pete Ricketts last week introduced Six Rules to Keep Nebraska Healthy, and they are stay home, social distance your work, shop alone once a week, help kids follow social distancing, help seniors stay at home by shopping for them, and exercise daily at home. Tina from the West Point Chamber of Commerce says many businesses in town have adjusted and adapted to everything that is currently going on, and are still offering services.

Many businesses have had to alter their hours given coronavirus. Tina says theres a special landing page on the Chamber website, and a special Facebook page… the West Point Chamber of Commerce COVID-19 Business Changes page where people can find up-to-date information about any changes to hours or services for local businesses.

The information can also be found on the closings and cancellations page at kticradio.com.

Tina adds these businesses really need the communitys support.

Tina encourages people to wear a mask when out and about.

So far, Cuming County has two confirmed cases of Coronavirus.
