KTIC News has begun a weekly interview with Melanie Thompson with the Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department for news and information regarding COVID-19.

Thompson says there seems to be some progress toward a treatment for COVID-19.
As some DHMs are starting to be relaxed, Thompson says the more we practice social distancing, the sooner more guidelines will be loosened.
Some questions have been asked as to why there has been little advance notice about mobile COVID-19 testing in the areas it is taking place. Thompson explains.
