At last Mondays Wisner City Council Meeting, the council decided to cancel this years Thunder by the River Truck & Tractor Pull, which was scheduled for August 21st and 22nd. City Administrator Randy Woldt.
Woldt says the council made a slight change in the requirement for peddlers and solicitors in that they no longer require that they have a certificate from the doctor saying theyre in good health.
