The 8 Legacy Garden and Rehabilitation Center Employees who tested positive for COVID-19 did so cause of a testing error in Lincoln. Thats according to Administrator Shari Dorsey, who has this statement.
Dorsey says the testing error caused headaches on Legacy Gardens part, but they have recovered and are operating on a day-to-day basis like they normally do.
