Doug Anderson visited with Birchroom Chophouse and Lounge in Wayne Owner Josie Broders about their menu and what they have to offer. Broders says they have a little bit of everything.
Broders says all the food is homegrown.
She says they do different specials each week.
Broders says Winter Hours are 5:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
