The first hearing for adoption of the proposed zoning regulations and zoning map was held at Tuesday nights Cuming County Planning Commission Meeting. Chairman Tim Hunke on a couple of notable changes.
The commission unanimously voted to recommend the County Board of Supervisors approve the changes at their meeting next Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Basement Room of the Courthouse.
Hunke says there could be more changes in the future.
About a dozen people attended the meeting.
