(AUDIO) Dodge Daze set for this weekend

(AUDIO) Dodge Daze set for this weekend

A meal will be held at Dodge Daze Friday night, celebrating Bayer Appliance & Hardware’s 35th Anniversary. Organizer Melida Kempf says Cruise night follows.

Willy Anderson from Dodge Daze says there will be activities such as the Softball and Sand Volleyball Tournaments.

Anderson says also on Saturday will be the Show & Shine Downtown.

A Craft Show is also taking place on Saturday. Organizer Jenny Praest.

Praest says there will also be Wildlife Encounters for the kids later in the day.

Praest says there will also be a Cornhole Tournament as well as free face painting.

Kempf says kids activities run on Saturday.

Anderson says there will be a BBQ that day as well.

Anderson says the pulled pork will be served from 5:30-8:00 p.m. The cost is $10 for ages 13 and over and $5 for 12 and under. Curbside pick up will also be available. There will also be Polka Music during the meal, according to Praest.

Anderson adds they’ll have a band that’s played in front of ACDC.

Anderson says the Cowpie open is on Sunday.

Kempf says the Pancake Breakfast will be held from 8:00 a.m.-noon on Sunday in the St. Wenceslaus Church Basement.
