The Cuming County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the new zoning regulations and zoning map at Wednesday mornings meeting. Zoning Administrator Becky Lerch says this is kind of an overhaul of the regulations.
Lerch says the map is updated so that it shows the roads and the sections and all the districts, and is easier for people to read and look at.
The new regulations went into effect immediately.
Lerch says the regulations will soon be available online.

She adds the new zoning regulations will also be available at every library in the county and people can come look at a copy at her desk.
