(AUDIO) COVID information and P2T Budget discussed at West Point-Beemer School Board meeting

The West Point-Beemer School Board held a coronavirus discussion at their meeting Monday night. Superintendent Bill McAllister discusses the potential protocol for the upcoming school year when and if things are in green.

McAllister says things would slightly differ if the school district is in Yellow.

McAllister says things change quite a bit when going from Yellow to Orange.

McAllister shares more requirements.

McAllister shares what things would look like should they go Red.

McAllister says the use of drinking fountains will be off limits.

McAllister adds theres a P2T budget decrease.

McAllister says the estimated levy is .0065, or just over a half a cent.

He adds theyre expected to be in the preschool building the first week of August.

McAllisters contract was extended through the 2022-2023 school year with Salary to be determined in December.
