The 2020 Cuming County Fair is on for this year, but with some changes. Fair Board President Brian Meiergerd tells KTIC News that outdoor events are on, and they will practice social distancing.
Meiergerd says Friday night will be the Outlaw Tractor Pull, Saturday a Bull Riding Event, and Tough Truck Competition at the Tractor Pull Track Saturday afternoon. The Demo Derby will be held on Sunday.
Meiergerd adds 4-H and FFA Events are on.
Meiergerd also tells KTIC News what events wont be happening this year.
Meiergerd says the Pedal Pull wont happen this year either, and as of right now there wont be a Carnival.
Meiergerd says theyre looking at selling tickets electronically.
Meiergerd says food vendors and buildings will be open during the fair, which is scheduled for August 13th through the 16th at the Fairgrounds in West Point.
