...Blizzard conditions likely tonight and Sunday...

.A strong winter storm will bring widespread snow to eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa tonight and Sunday morning. The heaviest snows are expected in southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa where 4 to 7 inches of snow could fall, with lesser amounts as you head into northeast Nebraska and west central Iowa. The snow combined with north winds gusting to 40 mph will create whiteout conditions for Sunday morning.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Nebraska and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Brief whiteout conditions are likely.
