Winds gusting as high as 50 mph could cause whiteout conditions in blowing snow. Total snow accumulation of 6 to 12 inches north of a Neligh to Pierce to Coleridge line. Total snow accumulation of 3 to 6 inches in the watch area south of this line. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Nebraska. * WHEN...Snow begins Friday evening in the Oneill and Neligh areas, spreading east through early Saturday morning. Snow ends Saturday evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel may become very difficult to impossible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Winter Storm Watch for blizzard conditions means there is a potential for falling and/or blowing snow with strong winds and extremely poor visibilities.
