On Sunday evening, the Oakland 150 Celebration featured a country music concert complete with great weather, a large crowd, a clear sky and a full moon.
The Dylan Bloom Band opened the evening  around 7 pm on the Burt County Fairgrounds.  “Fall Time” and “Same Guitar” are among the bands’ hits.
An appreciate audience cheered them, with fans remarking how polished they sound.
At 8:30, “840 Country” KTIC and 107.9 FM “The Bull”  radio personalities Doug Anderson and Kevin Cooper welcomed Sawyer Brown to the stage.
Most of the concert-goers were from the immediate area but many came from afar.
One fan, Deb, traveled from Rockford, Illinois to see Sawyer Brown, which performed a long list of hits including  “Some Girls Do,” “Thank God for You,” and “This Night Won’t Last Forever.”
