(Audio) Poker Run Planned In Northeast Nebraska To Support Suicide Prevention

The Northeast Nebraska Suicide Prevention Coalition will have its second annual Helping Veterans Heal poker run fundraiser on Saturday, July 27th starting at Charlie’s Bar in Pierce, Nebraska at 11 a.m.

 

 

 

Mrs. Nebraska Adair Moffett-Reese will be there that day as well.  Modern Woodmen of America will provide matching funds with 100 % of funds staying in northeast Nebraska for future education and prevention events as well as support for survivors left behind after the tragedy of suicide.

 

 

 

President Donna Wolff says there has been more than 14 deaths by suicide in northeast Nebraska so far this year.
