PenAir representatives stress reliability, customer service

A coming out party for PenAir representatives Tuesday night during a well- attended Business After Hours at Western Nebraska Regional Airport.

Chief Operating Officer Dave Hall says the airline has a 95% reliability rating, something the current airline Great Lakes has struggled with, and he believes that will get people flying again from Scottsbluff and off the highways to Denver.

Hall says PenAir will also be supplying a full service flight with 30 available seats, a flight attendant, a lavatory and snacks when the airline takes over Scottsbluff’s essential air service contract November 2nd .

Hall says the airline will provide two round trip flights to Denver every day and code share agreements with United, Delta and American so passengers can get savings on connecting flights and quickly move to the major airlines without checking bagage in again.
