A couple of local school leaders have been named finalists for the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) Executive Director Position.
The local finalists are Bancroft-Rosalie Superintendent Dr. Jon Cerny as well as Battle Creek Superintendent Jay Bellar.
Other finalists include Papillion-Lavista South Principal Jeff Johnson and Dundy County-Stratton Superintendent Jim Kent.
Current Director Dr. Jim Tenopir will be retiring in late July.
Interviews will be scheduled in January with the new Director beginning their duties around July 1st.
