Hoskins Man Sentenced For 4th Offense DWI

In Stanton County District Court a 28 year old Hoskins man was sentenced to 364 days in jail following his conviction for Driving While Intoxicated-4th offense and an additional 90 days in jail for Operating a Motor Vehicle to Avoid Arrest.  Cody Schnabel was arrested by the Stanton County Sheriff’s office following a high speed pursuit that began near Woodland Park and ended up North of Pilger following the crash of the suspect pickup.  Schnabel was also ordered to pay a $1000.00 fine and had his driver’s license revoked for fifteen years.

 

George Livingston, 32, of Holdrege was sentenced to 9 months in jail following his conviction and upholding of an appeal for Third Degree Assault.  He was arrested last year by the Sheriff’s office following an assault at a Woodland Park residence that hospitalized the victim.
