Hearing set for York man charged with 1st Degree sexual assault

YORK, Neb. – A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for York man charged with 1st Degree sexual assault.

Seth Miller, 20, is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl who was sleeping at his York home during the late night hours of March 23. 1st Degree sexual assault is a Class II Felony, which carries a maximum of 50 years in prison.

Miller’s hearing is scheduled for May 2 at 9 a.m., in York County Court.
