On Tuesday in Stanton County District Court the following individuals pled guilty to various charges and will be sentenced later this year.
Ernie Mastny, 66, of rural Stanton pled guilty to one count of a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He faces a mandatory minimum of three years in prison. He was arrested last fall at his residence following the service of a search warrant by the Stanton County Sheriff’s office, where several firearms and methamphetamine was recovered.
Elliott Anderson, 19, of Woodland Park entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession of Child Pornography. Anderson was arrested last year by the Sheriff’s office following an investigation into a complaint received from the National Center for Missing and Endangered children.
Meghan Bayne, 32, Omaha pled guilty to Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). She was arrested by the Sheriff’s office following a traffic stop East of Norfolk.
Curtis Hill, 60, Stanton pled guilty to an aggravated Driving While Intoxicated-2nd offense. Hill was arrested by the Sheriff’s office near Stanton last fall.
