Driving will be treacherous Thursday in the Cuming County area with rain changing to snow, freezing rain and sleet in the early afternoon. Fog is also possible with winds gusting to near 35 miles per hour. However, little or no ice or snow accumulation is expected in our area.
Knox and Antelope Counties could see 4 to 9 inches of snow starting on Thursday with significant blowing and drifting. The heaviest snow will be between 6AM and 3 PM.
Southeast of those counties, precipitation will be mainly rain, with a short lived period of snow, sleet, or light freezing rain possible.
