* At 435 PM CDT, Colfax County Emergency Management reported that
the north railroad levee on the Hughes Payzant Ditch failed
between county road 15 and county road 16, causing flash flooding
of immediately surrounding areas. Colfax County Emergency
Management reported that flood waters are imminent in and near the
village of Rogers. The exact timing of the arrival of flood waters
at Rogers is unknown at this time, but is expected to occur this
evening or very early Wednesday morning.
