The Scotts Bluff County Board Monday evening will consider a Clerk of the District Court appointment. Interviews have been conducted prior to a successor being appointed to replace Ann Rosenberry, who retired September 30th after 22 years in the office. Commissioners Ken Meyer and Steve Stratton along with County Management Accountant Jerry Crable will make the recommendation.
Crable said the county is not ready to recommend someone to be appointed the county’s new corrections director. Patricia Miller has served as the interim director since the resignation this summer of Ron Johns.
The commissioners will also discuss architectural support for the planned expansion at the Scottsbluff County Corrections Center. A representative of the Really Johnson architectural firm from Denver, Colorado is expected to be present to talk to the commissioners.
