A check for over $2,000 was presented Thursday evening to the Knights of Columbus from Abate District 10 to help with the annual Knights Toy Drive.
The toy collection began back in October, and the toys have already been delivered.
ABATE District 10 spokesman Terry Schaub told KNEB News that toy donations were down this year, so ABATE District 10 actually added funds from their coffers to the donations to make a difference for kids in need this Christmas.
The check presented Thursday evening to the Knights of Columbus was for $2,020.
