Wyoming hosting hearing on Horse Creek Basin
Wyoming's Horse Creek Basin will be the focus of a public hearing next month. The Wyoming State Engineer will hold a public hearing to determine whether the ground and surface water within the Horse Creek Basin in Goshen and Laramie Counties around LaGrange is adequate for all water users. After the hearing, if the Wyoming State Engineer finds the ground and surface water is insufficient for all appropriators, he may by order corrective controls..
The public hearing will be held on April 12, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at the LaGrange Community Center, (403 M Street, LaGrange, Wyoming 82221).
The meeting will be open to the public and interested parties are encouraged to attend.
