Hi, my name is Punky a spunky black and white 10 year old Shih Tzu.  Don’t let my age fool you as I am a  fun but gentle dog.  I love my squeak toys, walks in the park and snuggles with my humans.  My foster Mom says I ‘sing’ when I want something but am not finicky about my food.  I am use to being the only spoiled pet in the house so a single pet household is best for me. To see Punky stop in at Animal Shelter of Northeast Nebraska of Norfolk.

This month's dog is a very special guy--his name is Tag--he is a Poodle/Shepherd/Chow mix, which makes him a super handsome guy.  Tag is one year old, had all his vaccinations and recently been neutered. He has very laid back personality, but enjoys hanging out with people. He has an extra special look about him and if you want to see a recent picture of Tag--go to 12 Hills Dog Rescue Facebook or petfinder.com

Here is Betty Boop our cat of the week.  She is a senior female calico with beautiful markings.  She is very friendly, but can be on the independent side (more of a typical cat).  She would prefer to go to a single animal home.  She does not like other dogs or cats and is not afraid to go after them.  She has beautiful green eyes.  She has been spayed, is up to date on all shots, and is FIV/Leukemia negative and has been wormed too.  Our cat adoption fees are $75.
