Omaha Murder Suspect Due In Court Tuesday
The Indiana doctor accused of killing four Omahans, two in 2008 and two last May, will make his first appearance in a Nebraska courtroom next Tuesday for a bond hearing.
Anthony Garcia was extradited from Illinois Thursday. He was fired from Creighton in 2001 and allegedly killed Creighton pathologist Roger Brumback and his wife Mary this past May and is accused of stabbing 11-year-old Thomas Hunter and his family's housekeeper, Shirlee Sherman in 2008.
Brumback and Hunter's father were involved in Garcia's firing. He blamed that firing for not being able to get a medical license in Louisiana and Indiana.
