On Thursday October 13 Chad Moyer and I delivered delicious donuts to Central Valley Ag in Bancroft. The crew enjoyed them along with the four legged friends as well. Chad also had time to chat with area farmers to find out how the harvest season was going. Don't forget to get your business in the donut blitz at kticradio.com or fax us your entry to 402-372-5425.

Hey! I am Doug Anderson. I grew up on a farm 9 miles southeast of West Point. I went to High School at Oakland-Craig and graduated in 2005. I have always had a dream of being a PA announcer for a pro sport team, so that is how I got interested in broadcasting. Following graduation, I went on to Northeast Community College in Norfolk to get my Broadcasting Radio and TV Degree. I got into the radio business working part time at a radio station in Norfolk while I went to college. After college I started working here at 107.9 The Bull part time, doing board operating sports events and working weekends. After 6 months, I began working full time as the afternoon host. Now you can catch me weekdays from 6:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. with Doug and Tom in the morning. In my spare time I love watching sports, like the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Kansas City Royals, and spending time with friends and family. When the weather is nice, I love spending my time outdoors, hunting and fishing. I am got married in June of 2012 to my beautiful wife, Katie.
